These opportunities have been\u00a0tailored to the needs of the client and the referral sources.<\/p>\n<p>The Clinical Program Director of the Professional Renewal Center\u00ae, Dr. Betsy White Williams, is the Course Director for \u00a0Learning Activities that are accredited through\u00a0<em>American Academy of Family Physicians.\u00a0<\/em>Dr. Williams is very involved in academic CME, she has published a number of scholarly works on the efficacy of CME interventions. The educational modality is guided small group interaction with the Opportunity for exchange, feedback, and practice. The group serves as a \u201clearning lab\u201d providing learners the opportunity to \u201ctry-out\u201d their newly developing skills.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Continuous Ongoing Professional Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Performance Improvement CME Program targeting Professionalism Interpersonal &#038; Communication Skills System-based Practice. The activity helps participants learn and implement new behavioral skills to enable them to function in an increasingly complex medical environment. As part of the activity learners will assess and document specific behavioral changes.
